This project is a conversion of the existing industrial building into the commercial function. The building is situated next to one of the main roads passing through the city of Gniezno. This particular location creates a perfect situation for the retail activities. The project aims in fast and relatively low-cost transformation of the existing volume with a low architectural quality, into a commercially attractive object. The central part of the facade has been replaced with glass and aluminium structure while the rest of the building was renovated with a new finishing system of very contrasting but elegant colours. The walls and ceilings have been further isolated upgrading the building's sustainability class.
