The residential building is a project of the new kind of apartment unit. Highly sustainable living spaces, designed to consume the least energy possible and assuring the high living standards. It's strongly inserted into the thick urban pattern of Milan. The forms of modernism have never been abandoned in Italy, therefore this project inserts itself perfectly into the Italian taste and the way of perceiving architecture. This sustainable and eco-friendly structure offers a very high living standard with a minimal environment impact. The innovative, double layered façade solutions with automatized shading systems have been introduced to minimise the use of air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
