MODULAR SHOPPING MALL

2010

The project of modular shopping mall was born from the local market necessity to construct a “growing building” that changes its dimensions over time. The task was to create a high standard retail building made of many single modules that connected together would form a single shops. The whole structure layout is developed on two levels and connected with a separate, independent structure that supports the second floor of common areas and a glass roof. Because of a use of “dry” technology and a short installation time of each module, the construction of new elements of the building will not have any negative impact on already working retail elements.
