This is a four star Hotel, designed to be constructed in extremely short time. The  building is a modular system where each room is a separate unit, brought to the construction site ready to be placed in the designed position. The construction of the complete hotel is estimated for 6 months. The dimensions of each room/unit can be modified according to hotel class or other requirements. The full modularity of this system is ensured by each element, even facilities have been designed as a “plug & play” solution, easy to assemble and to service. The modules are constructed on a organised and controlled production line, that ensures the advanced quality control, not possible on classic construction site.
