Design of the hotel and residential buildings in the Italian town of Paratico near Lake Iseo. The primary investment objective is to ensure sustainable development on the parcel between the existing park "Taxodi" and the luxury residences. In order to keep vast green areas and high Gross Floor Area of 24 000 sqm on relatively small parcel

(12 000 sqm) , 60% of the area was covered by green roof.  This allowed to place parking areas and commercial functions on the ground floor creating a high quality green areas and private gardens on the first floor. The hotel is set in an existing park, its form and location creates a spectacular viewpoint over the lake.
