The project of a private house that inserts itself into the existing, historic city pattern.  The form of this building respects the architecture of the neighbourhood, but in the same time introduces some modern details and elements like: particular shaped windows. The interiors, distributed on two levels, are kept in modern, minimalist style which creates a strong contrast with the simple and classic facade. The house is designed with a use of high performance and ecologic materials, making it energy saving building and high energetic classification. This building is currently under construction.
