The project of a large scale Automotive Center consists of 24 automotive showrooms (each for a separate car company) connected with a public spaces, restaurants, museums, events areas and park. Each separate showroom is connected to its car service, accessed from the ground floor. In the centre of the complex the crankshaft-shaped tower has been designed, holding office spaces, restaurants and a view platform. The race/test track, capable of holding the large scale open-air events is situated next to the Centre. The whole area is surrounded by park with walking and skating paths.
